There are no offices or accounts, and you can communicate directly with the Deanship of Admission and Registration at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University through the support team if you need any assistance using the following email: rd-adm@psau.edu.sa
• I did not receive messages or email notifications during the application stage?
Dear applicant, in case that you do not see messages related to the application for acceptance or technical support within the "inbox" of your email, please check within the junk mail (spam).
• I did not receive messages or notifications on the mobile phone during the application stage?
It seems that you have blocked the promotional messages from the mobile phone settings or from the service provider which block the receiving of the text messages from the university, so please unblock the messages.
• Can my password be modified? And in what way?
It can be modified through the Forgot Password link provided when logging into your account in the Unified Electronic Admission Portal. Frequently asked questions can be found in the Unified Admission Portal.
• What is the recommended browser when applying for the university admission?
It is recommended to use Google Chrome or Firefox browsers to view the pages better.
- When will the lowest percentage of admission to academic majors be announced?
The lowest percentage that has been accepted in academic disciplines will be announced after the admission portal is closed and the results of admission are announced.
• Can I apply for admission to the university through affiliation or distance education?
All affiliation or distance education programs are currently closed at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, and if approved, they will be announced on the university's website.
• What is the study system available for admission for the current academic year?
The current study system is "regular", which means full-time daily to study according to the student's registered academic schedule, and it requires full-time study
• What is the Associate Diploma degree?
A university degree granted after studying a specific specialization for a period of no less than two years or studying a number of courses and hours according to the study plan and completing the graduation requirements to obtain the Associate Diploma Certificate.

• What happens if the student does not submit the required documents within the specified period?

These specializations appeared to you when you chose a health stage and the rest of the colleges, and they are set for the student to arrange these specializations according to his desires and delete what he does not want.
• How does the student know the result of admission and when will the SMS text messages arrive to the students?
The student must log into his account on the announced dates specified in the application schedule. This is supported by sending text messages and postal messages, and a text message arrives on the mobile phone when entering the civil registry number, when saving desires, when nomination for interviews and when the admission results appear as per the announced schedule.
• I was not able to log in when entering the degree of abilities and a message appears to me (the student's grades are incorrect after comparing them with the data received from the National Center for Measurement and Evaluation in Higher Education)
You must be sure that the highest degree of abilities you obtained has been written, and if the problem is not resolved, an email will be sent according to “the contact us link”.
• How are non-Saudi students with Saudi mothers accepted?
For non-Saudi students with Saudi mothers, they are treated as Saudi students,. Th student enters his civil record number and his mother’s civil record number. After his acceptance, he sent by express mail within the specified period, the origin of the secondary school, copies of residence, passport, birth certificate and status card of his mother in addition to the application form.
• • How can I get my abilities score and what is the score used for admission if the student enters the general abilities more than once?
The degree can be obtained through the website of the National Center for Measurement and Evaluation in Higher Education (http://www.qiyas.org) and the highest score obtained by the student is used in the general aptitude test.
• The degree of abilities or achievement is not present as it is in the measurement site, and therefore I cannot enter?
You can send an e-mail through the Contact Us link on the portal’s home page. The name and civil registry are mentioned to be updated, and then you can log in after the update within 24 hours.
• Is it possible to rearrange desires after saving them?
Yes, this can be done by clicking on Edit Wishes at the bottom of the Wishes Selection page.
• Can my password be modified? And in what way?
It can be modified through the link provided when logging into your account in the Unified Electronic Admission Portal.
• How many wishes must the student enter?
15 desires must be entered to be arranged by the student, and it is better to arrange the rest of the desires according to priority.
• What are the majors available for admission to the five universities?
You can access the specializations link on the unified electronic admission portal for the students to learn about the specialties available for the academic year through the link rbu-admit.edu.sa
• Can I apply again to a university while I am a student enrolled in another university?
A regular student at a university is not entitled to apply to the portal unless it has withdrawn from his university.
• If I was registered on the portal last year and was not accepted, should I enter a previous submission or a new submission?
A new submission must be entered.
• Is the priority in admission for holders of a secondary school certificate for this year?
The priority in admission according to the equivalent or compound percentages, and that no more than five years have passed since the student obtained high school.
• Is there priority for admission according to the date of submission?
There is no priority in admission based on the date of submission, and therefore submission does not affect the first day or the last day, as long as it is within the specified period for submission.
• What does this phrase mean “the admission is annual”?
It means that the application for admission is only once at the beginning of the academic year, and there will be no admission period in the second semester.
