The Registration Department undertakes the following tasks:
• Implementing the equivalencies of internal and external courses.
• Official statements about the students' academic status to the competent authorities.
• Completing the procedures for amending the results and implementing them according to the forms prepared for this.
• Implementing the decisions of the Student Academic Problems Committee, the Student Disciplinary Committee, and the university and college councils in everything related to the student's academic progress according to the forms prepared for this.
• Implementation of academic movements related to students, such as exceptional opportunities, deprivation, etc., after completing the approved form in accordance with the regular procedures and at the specified time.
• Implementation of the final registration of all students of the university and review and audit.
• Supervising the monitoring of grades from the colleges, and following up the late statements on a daily basis in an electronic way.
• Entering the study plans data (in both languages) on the computer after the approval by the competent authority and following up on those plans to ensure that students are registered correctly.
- Supervising the introduction of study schedules and following up with the Student Affairs Units in the various faculties of the university, and ensuring that this is completed a month before the start of the next semester.
