Internal Scholarship at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University
Admission requirements for internal scholarship students (for students residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia):
- The admission requirements applied to the Saudi students are applied to internal scholarship students.
- The student should not have received another scholarship from an educational institution in the Kingdom.
- The student must have a secondary school diploma from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The student should not be separated from one of the educational institutions in the Kingdom.
- Female students must have a mahram, according to the instructions regulation, that has a scholarship or has regular residency.
- The student must pass the medical examination determined by the university.
- The student must be a regular resident of the Kingdom.
- The student's age must not be less than (17) years and not more than (25) years.
- The demand must be submitted electronically through the academic system portal within the specified dates.
- The admission is accepted in all disciplines, except for health specialties, as its acceptance is restricted to Saudi students only.
Grant applications:
- Submission of grant applications is done online through the academic system portal at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University via the link: https://scholarships.psau.edu.sa/.
- The application must be done during the specified application period for students, and the procedures for acceptance will be achieved by the university.
Important Notes when Submitting Online:
- The residence must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of application.
- You must make sure that all the application stages are filled out correctly and accurately.

General Provisions:

- A copy of the secondary school certificate with the original for matching.
- A copy of the valid residence permit with the original for matching.
- A copy of the valid passport with the original for matching.
- Application form for accepting a scholarship.

External Scholarships at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University
Admission requirements for external scholarship students (for students from outside the Kingdom):
- The admission requirements applied to the Saudi students are applied to internal scholarship students.
- The student's age must not be less than (17) years and not more than (25) years.
- The student should not have received another scholarship from an educational institution in the Kingdom.
- Authenticating certificates and supporting documents from the embassy and cultural attaches in the student’s country.
- Not be expelled from one of the Saudi universities.
- The student must pass the medical examination determined by the university.
- The university may require that the student be recommended by one of the organizations, institutions, or personalities designated by the university.
Scholarship Expires:
The external scholarship applicant must leave the Kingdom after the end of his studies, within a period not exceeding three months from the date of its end. If the original program term expires, it may not be extended by more than half of it.
General Provisions:
- Acceptance of external scholarships at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University is limited to males only.
- The residence regulations in the Kingdom will be applied to the applicant of the grant.

- A copy of the secondary school diploma.
- A copy of a valid passport.

The documents required after the final candidacy for admission to the university:
After the final nomination, the student must, upon his arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, accompany the following original documents, to be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Saudi Embassy in the student’s country with an accredited translation in Arabic of the required documents, which are:
- The original secondary school certificate.
- Academic record.
- Certificate of good conduct and behavior.
- A medical report.
- The passport with a validity period of no less than two years from entering date to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Modern and colorful personal photos.
- A certificate of absence from precedents from the security services in the student's country.
- The application form for acceptance of the grants that were printed during the electronic application.
