The Executive Committee of the strategic project plan for the Deanship of Admission and Registration at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University derived four main values which are mainly inspired from the guidance of Islam, which are the same values adopted by Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
These values constitute the base on which the university is based in its performance, and the framework that governs the ethics of dealing between its students, faculty, and administrators.
The values of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University are the perfection, the justice and the integrity, the collective work, the transparency and the accountability. The following is a definition of each of these values:
The Perfection: It means observing God in every work, then adhering to quality standards, and striving for excellence and continuous development.
The Justice and the Integrity: It means treating all beneficiaries of the Deanship's services according to the same criteria, without bias, discrimination or favoritism.
The Collective Work: It means spreading the collective spirit of achievement, and encouraging cooperation among the Deanship’s employees to achieve its tasks and goals.
The Transparency and the Accountability: It means clarity and documentation of the Deanship’s procedures and services, and their credible dissemination, and answering all related inquiries without delay.
Our Strategic Goals:
Five main strategic goals have been identified, which reflect the needs and desires of the Deanship that have emerged from studies of the diagnosis of the current situation and reference comparisons. These strategic goals are:
- The development of the mechanisms and criteria for acceptance.
- The continuous development in performance and encouragement of excellence and creativity for the staff of the Deanship.
- The development of the admission and the registration services and processes.
- The optimization of the utilization of the available technology and resources.
- The enhancement of the total quality applications.
