Disclaimer:
The graduate student prints the clearance form the portal of the academic system, which will explain to him the entities that he must review.
The graduate student submits the form to the Deanship of Admission and Registration Affairs to complete the procedures for his disclaimer (clearance) from the system.

Procedures for Requesting a Lost Allowance for the Document:
- The graduate announces the missing document in a local newspaper.
- Bring a copy of the newspaper in which the advertisement was published three weeks after the date on which the advertisement was published.
- Bring a copy of the document in case there are copies of it.
- The document is submitted in the presence of the student in person, with the presentation of the supporting documents. In the event that the student is unable to attend, the request of a certified authorization from an official authority and the location of the student, the supporting documents must be presented to the representative.

Procedures to amend the graduation document:
First: Modifying the name in Arabic:
- The modification of the name in the graduation document must be in conformity with the qualification on the basis of which it was accepted at the university. In order to modify the bachelor document, the name must be modified in the secondary certificate from the Ministry of Education.
- The student must bring the original national identity and the qualification according to which he was accepted at the university.
- The student must Bring the original graduation document to be modified.
Second: Modifying the name in the English language:
- Bring the original document and the passport or a copy of it (and in the event that a passport is not issued, bring the national ID and fill out a form form the department of documentation and alumni affairs).
- The modified document is delivered in the presence of the student in person, with the presentation of the supporting documents. In the event that the student is unable to attend with a request for authorization authenticated by the official authority and the location of the student, the supporting documents must be brought to the agent.

Honors
The first honors degree is granted to a student who has a cumulative average of (4.75) to (5.00) out of (5.00) for graduation, and the second honors degree is granted to a student with a cumulative average of (4.25) to less than (4.75) out of (5.00) for Graduation.
In order to obtain the first or second honors degree, the following is required:
- The student must not have failed in any course he studied at the university or any other university.
- The student must have completed the graduation requirements within a period of maximum average duration between the minimum and maximum length of stay in his college.
- The student must have studied at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University at least (60%) of graduation requirements.
Graduation guide:
A guide for males graduates and a guide for female graduates and graduates with honors is issued at the end of each academic year.
Estimates and symbols:
The general estimate of the cumulative average mentioned in Article (29) is applied on the basis that the weight of the estimate is (5) points when the student graduates based on his cumulative average as follows:
- (Excellent): If the GPA is not less than 4.50 from 5.00.
- (Very Good): If the GPA is from 3.75 to less than 4.50 from 5.00.
- (Good): If the GPA is from 2.75 to less than 3.75 from 5.00.
- (Acceptable): If the GPA is from 2.00 to less than 2.75 from 5.00.
