Postponement
Postponing studies for a semester:
The student may apply to postpone the study before the end of the first week from the start of the study through the electronic portal, provided that the postponement period does not exceed two consecutive semesters or three non-consecutive semesters (for colleges students that apply the academic year system, it is not permissible to postpone for two consecutive years, and the delay period may not exceed two consecutive years) as a maximum as long as he remains at the university and his enrollment is later folded. The University Council may, in case of necessity, exclude from that and the delay period is not counted within the period necessary to finish the graduation requirements. The dean of the college takes the decision within three days from the date of submitting the application through the electronic portal. If the dean of the college does not decide on the application during the specified period, the postponement is carried out automatically.
Procedure:
- Log in with the student account on the academic system portal.
- Choose the link for academic movements and postpone the study.
- The student must request a postponement of the study before the end of the first week of the start of the study, and the dean of the college takes the decision within three days from the date of submitting the application through the electronic portal.
