Course Equalization
Equalization procedures for a transferred student inside the university:
The student shall submit to the college to which he has been transferred, requesting the equivalence of the courses that he has passed. He must attach a copy of the academic record.
He has to obtain the approval and signature of the head of the department concerned and the college on the equation.
The approval must been sent to the Deanship of Admission and Registration for entering in the academic system after ensuring that it complies with the regulations governing this.
The student must sign in through his account on the academic system portal to ensure that the courses have been equalized and that the course that has been equivalent has been deleted from his registration if he was registered in the semester in which he obtained the equation.
Procedures for the course equalization for a transferred student from outside the university:
The student submits to his college to which he transferred a request for equivalence of the courses that he previously passed. He must attach a copy of the academic record approved by the university from which he was transferred with a description of the courses that were passed and a copy of the transfer form.
To obtain the approval of the College Council or whoever delegates it to the equivalent of what the student has passed from courses of study not to exceed 40% of the study plan at prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
After being signed and certified, the equalization is sent to the Deanship of Admission and Registration for implementation in the academic system after ensuring that it conforms to the regulations governing that.
The student must enter through his account on the academic system portal to ensure that the courses have been equalized and that the course that has been equivalent, has been deleted from his registration if he was registered in the semester in which he obtained the equation
