Delete and Add
The student can amend his registration through the electronic portal by adding and removing courses in the specified period, according to the following controls:
First: Conditions for deletion:
The number of school hours must not be less than the minimum academic load permitted for registration (the minimum load is 12 hours).
If the course to be deleted is a requirement concurrent with another course, the student has no right to delete it except by removing both courses together.
Second: Conditions for addition:
- No table conflict.
- The course must be within the approved study plan or optional or free courses.
- Availability of seats in the required division.
- No pre-requisite course.
- Not exceeding the maximum academic load limit for enrollment according to the student's GPA.
Action:
- Log in with the student account on the academic system portal
- Choose the delete and add link as desired
- Save edits.
- CAUTION: You must observe the deadlines for deletion and addition.
