About the Department of Documents and Alumni Affairs:
The Department of Documents and Alumni Affairs performs several tasks, the most important of which are the following:
1- Receiving visitors
Receiving auditors, issuing academic records, issuing lost documents, and certifying copies of documents and records.
2- Documents office
The Documents Office is responsible for editing the documents that are in the system as well as the documents that are outside the system, which are the Colleges of Education for Girls, the old plan, and the Community College in Al-Kharj (morning and evening).
3- Translation office
The translation office translates the old graduation documents that belonged to the Ministry of Education and the General Presidency for Girls' Education and issues a substitute for them, as well as statements and definitions and responds to external inquiries regarding students wishing for scholarships.
4- Alumni Handbook
At the end of each academic year, a guide for graduates is issued.
5- Endorsements
Certification of copies of documents, certificates, and testimonies, and signing them for students.
6- Reply to correspondence
A series of correspondences are sent to the Deanship from embassies and ministries related to education to inquire about the authenticity of documents for applicants to complete studies or who wish to be employed, and these documents are checked and then informed.
7- Document delivery and distribution of academic records
At the end of each semester, the Documents and Graduates Department organizes the distribution of graduation documents and academic records, as well as the department amends graduation documents and issues a replacement for damaged or lost documents. As well as sending academic documents and records to the branches’ headquarters in Ad Dilam, Hotat Bani Tamim, Al Aflaj, Al Salil, Wadi Al Dawasir for boys and girls. So that students do not incur the trouble of traveling.
8- Amending the names in the English language for all male and female students expected to graduate according to the passport.
