The missions of the Admission Department:
- Implementation of the university's policy of admission and coordination with the faculties of the university for the admission stage.
- Follow-up on the electronic admission process, the final admission result, and the entry of students' data into the academic system.
- Coordinating the transfer process from outside the university according to the regulations governing it.
- Checking the data of accepted students according to the regulations governing the process of receiving, checking and saving the data in the department after it is installed in the academic system and the university numbers are registered on it.
- Follow up and solve the problems of accepted students.
- Accepting visiting students from other universities to study at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University
- Implementation of withdrawal from admission for accepted students who withdraw at the beginning of the study.
