Admission Requirements for Internal and External Scholarships

1.  The admission requirements applied to the Saudi students are applied to internal scholarship students.
2. The student should not have received another scholarship from an educational institution in the Kingdom.
3. The applicant must hold a valid legal residency status in the Kingdom.
4. The student should not be separated from one of the educational institutions in the Kingdom.
5. Female students must have a mahram, according to the instructions regulation, that has a scholarship or has regular residency.
6. The student must be a regular resident of the Kingdom.
7. The student's age must not be less than (17) years and not more than (25) years.
8. The demand must be submitted electronically through the academic system portal within the specified dates.
9. The admission is accepted in all disciplines, except for health specialties, as its acceptance is restricted to Saudi students only.

Applications for grants are to be submitted electronically through the 'Study in Saudi Arabia' portal, within the designated application period for students, according to the admission timeline. The university will complete the admission procedures.

1. The residence must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of application.
2. You must make sure that all the application stages are filled out correctly and accurately.
3. Attaching the documents clearly by uploading them through the scanner and from the origin of the document (to avoid excluding the request, be sure to upload the documents clearly and accurately by downloading them via the scanner and from the origin of the document).
4. The documents required to be attached upon electronic submission (secondary certificate - residence).

1. The residency regulations in the Kingdom will be applied to the student.
2. It is accepted to apply to all majors except for health majors, as its admission is limited to Saudi students only.
3. The scholarship student cannot be transferred from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University to another university, and the university may exclude from this in cases it deems appropriate.
4. A student cannot apply for admission to more than one Saudi university.
5. The regulations, rules, and instructions at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University will be applied to applicants.

• A copy of the valid residence permit with the original for matching.

• A copy of the valid passport with the original for matching.

• Application form for accepting a scholarship.

1. The admission requirements applied to the Saudi students are applied to internal scholarship students.

4. Authenticating certificates and supporting documents from the embassy and cultural attaches in the student’s country.
5. Not be expelled from one of the Saudi universities.
6. The student must pass the medical examination determined by the university.
7. The university may require that the student be recommended by one of the organizations, institutions, or personalities designated by the university.

The university relies on specific criteria for selecting among international applicants, which includes choosing outstanding students based on the highest secondary school grades or their equivalent, while also considering the diversity of their nationalities.

1. Acceptance of external scholarships at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University is limited to males only.
2. The residence regulations in the Kingdom will be applied to the applicant of the grant.
3. The student is on the university’s record during the scholarship.
4. The scholarship student cannot be transferred from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University to another university, and the university may
5. exclude from this in cases it deems appropriate.
6. An applicant for an external scholarship is prohibited from working for companies, institutions or individuals during the study period.
7. The regulations, rules, and instructions at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University will be applied to applicants.
8. The admission is accepted in all disciplines, except for health specialties, as its acceptance is restricted to Saudi students only.

• A copy of the secondary school diploma.

• A copy of a valid passport.

  (To avoid excluding the request, be sure to upload the documents clearly and accurately by downloading them via the scanner and from the origin of the document).

After the final nomination, the student must, upon his arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, accompany the following original documents, to be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Saudi Embassy in the student’s country with an accredited translation in Arabic of the required documents, which are:

1. The original secondary school certificate.
2. Academic record.
3. Certificate of good conduct and behavior.
4. A medical report.
5. The passport with a validity period of no less than two years from entering date to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. Modern and colorful personal photos.
7. A certificate of absence from precedents from the security services in the student's country.
8. The application form for acceptance of the grants that were printed during the electronic application.

The external scholarship applicant must leave the Kingdom after the end of his studies, within a period not exceeding three months from the date of its end. If the original program term expires, it may not be extended by more than half of it.
