Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University offers scholarships to non-Saudis to study at the university. Scholarships are of two types:
- Internal grants: (for non-Saudi students residing in the Kingdom with regular residence).

Vice Deanship of Female Student Affairs at the Deanship of Admission and Registration at Prince Sattam University
The Vice Deanship for Female Student Affairs at the Deanship of Admission and Registration at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University is one of the most important supporting deanship agencies, as it is the main channel of communication between the university and its students from their admission until their graduation. The agency is concerned with a range of services related to admission, registration and academic advising in accordance with the approved policies, rules and regulations. Among the tasks of the Vice Deanship are:
- To follow up the procedures for registering female students on the redefined dates.
- To follow up the academic procedures related to the transfer from inside and outside the university, the postponement, the apology, the closure of registration, and withdrawal.
- To following up the graduation of female students and delivering graduation documents and academic records to them.
Academic system management
The duties of the academic system management are as follows:
- Managing and operating the e-Register academic system and providing comprehensive and continuous support to colleges and users in all matters related to it.
- Granting permissions to the e-Register academic system and monitoring its use.
- Preparing the academic calendar before the beginning of each academic year.
- Introducing the academic movements of the classrooms on the academic system and the academic system portal, and following up on the conduct of operations.
- Conducting mass cumulative GPAs at the end of each semester for students.
- Follow up the automated registration processes for all university students.
- Managing the academic portal and providing various services through it for (faculty members and students).
- Working on improving (screens) and outputs of the academic system e-Register and following up on its developments and amendments.
- Follow up the progress of the new services provided on the academic system e-Register or the academic portal and follow up the quality of their provision in a way that achieves its function.
- Send alert messages to students and the teaching staff about all important events.
- Managing the admission portal and working to develop it on an ongoing basis.
- Managing the external transfer portal and working to develop it on an ongoing basis.
Department of Documents and Alumni Affairs
Receiving auditors, issuing academic records, issuing lost documents, and certifying copies of documents and records.
The Documents Office is responsible for editing the documents that are in the system as well as the documents that are outside the system, which are the Colleges of Education for Girls, the old plan, and the Community College in Al-Kharj (morning and evening).
The translation office translates the old graduation documents that belonged to the Ministry of Education and the General Presidency for Girls' Education and issues a substitute for them, as well as statements and definitions and responds to external inquiries regarding students wishing for scholarships.

Document delivery and distribution of academic records At the end of each semester, the Documents and Graduates Department organizes the distribution of graduation documents and academic records, as well as the department amends graduation documents and issues a replacement for damaged or lost documents. As well as sending academic documents and records to the branches’ headquarters in Ad Dilam, Hotat Bani Tamim, Al Aflaj, Al Salil, Wadi Al Dawasir for boys and girls. So that students do not incur the trouble of traveling.
