  • Activating a set of technical options to facilitate the implementation of students' requests through the academic system.
  • Allocating official means of communication via university mail to each department of the Deanship to respond to students' requests and inquiries
  • Launching the electronic graduation document service in cooperation with the Deanship of Information Technology and Distance Education, which allows all graduates in the second semester of the year 1441 AH to obtain a certified copy of the graduation document through the student publications icon.
  • Launching two services, (i) requesting a visit from one college to another within the university, and (ii) requesting a visit from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University to another university electronically, in cooperation with the Deanship of Information Technology and Distance Education.
  • Delivery of graduation documents to the student's home by contracting with Saudi Post; to maintain the health and safety of students during the Covid-19 crisis.
  • Implementation of the electronic introduction service for students in two languages ​​(Arabic, English)
  • Activating the service of reviewing and approving electronic grades for faculty members.
  • Developing the admission portal and modifying desires.
  • Development of the evening admission portal.
  • Developing the internal and external grants portal.
  • Develop and activate the service of requesting apologies for an electronic class and activating it.
  • Develop and activate the service of requesting apologies for an electronic course.
  • Developing and activating an electronic semester postponement request service.
  • Developing and activating an electronic re-registration request service.
  • Developing and activating an academic opportunity request service for students who have been dismissed for academic warnings or exceeding the regular period of the program.
  • Developing and activating the transfer request service between departments and colleges electronically.
  • Developing the messaging service on the student portal.
  • Developing the application of smart devices for electronic academic services.
  • Designing a new application for statistical reports (Business Intelligence System).
  • Developing an admission guide.
  • Designing and creating a procedure manual within the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
  • Developing the academic advisor's guide for the university student.
  • Conducting workshops entitled "Educational Program".
  • Conducting lectures on the admission mechanism and conditions, available specializations.
  • Conducting introductory meetings on study and examination regulations, and electronic services for university students.
