Boarding Order Issuance Policy for 2026

Applications open on Monday, May 11, 2026, through the Academic Services Portal at the following link: https://eserve.psau.edu.sa .

Applications close at the end of working hours on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

Late applications will not be accepted.

Canceling a booking result in automatic cancellation of the ticket.

No refunds or compensation will be provided in case of a no-show.

Domestic segments within the student’s home country must not be canceled to avoid forfeiture of the full ticket.

Applications from students expected to graduate will remain pending until official confirmation of graduation.

Graduating students are required to visit the Scholarships Department to receive the final exit visa, then apply for a boarding order for a one-way flight only.

An exit and re-entry visa is issued automatically when the travel ticket is issued. The student must ensure that their residency permit (Iqama) remains valid throughout the travel and return period.

Return to the Kingdom must occur before visa expiration.

Students must resume studies before the start of the new academic year.

The student acknowledges that submitting this application signifies their full awareness of and commitment to all instructions contained in this agreement.

The university will not be held liable for any breach of regulations or delays in procedures resulting from the student's failure to meet the specified deadlines.

The student wishing to defer the semester must personally submit the deferment request through the electronic services once the portal opens, and at least one week before the start of the semester.

The student is required to select only the departure and return travel dates available on the portal, according to the schedules specified for the first or second semester. Dates outside the announced periods cannot be selected.
